Regular Post $5.00
Regular economy postage is a non trackable method of postage. This is a more economical choice however it is not as safe as the registered mail option.

Express Post $7.50
Express post is the fastest method of postage available. Express post parcels generally take just one business day to arrive. This however is also a non trackable shipping method so is not as secure as registered post.

Registered Post $7.50
It is recommended to use registered post as a preferred method as this is the safest form of postage. It is a trackable form of postage that requires the signature of the recipient. Registered post comes with a tracking number that can be used to trace your parcel to ensure it arrives safetly at its destination.

International Customers - postage costs will be advised on order confirmation and are based on Australia Post international postage rates. Postage for international orders will be charged separatly to the order. To obtain a quote for international postage please email us for more information.

Postage Time Frames
We endevour to post all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. Once the item is sent however it is subject to Australia post shipping times and procedures. If you require further information about shipping, please review the Australia Post website.

Packaging
All items are carefully bubble wrapped and packed before sending. Packaging costs are FREE! All you pay is the flat rate postage selected. All jewellery purchases come in individual white embossed cotton filled boxes with ribbon, perfect for that special gift. Occasionally we offer Free Shipping promotions join our email list to receive notifications of any upcoming specials. If you place more than one order in the same day and they can be shipped in the same package, please email us and a refund for the lower cost shipping charge will be included with your merchandise.

Payment Options
Payments can be made through paypal, direct deposit or by cheque/money order. Please note if you are paying by cheque or money order that your order will only be shipped once the payment has cleared.

International customers MUST pay using pay Paypal only.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please email us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis. Items must be in original condition unaltered condition. Return shipping must be via registered post or alternative insured trackable courier service as refunds cannot be given for items lost in transit. Please note custom orders and sale items are not returnable. Shipping costs are not refundable.
